The German Packaging Competition is an international competition for packaging, packaging materials, packaging graphics, and packaging fittings and improvements, and has been a renowned platform for packaging innovations and outstanding design for more than 45 years.

Since packaging innovations are also determined by the mechanical technology that is available, the German Packaging Prize offers an innovation platform for new and outstanding technological solutions. Different from past years, packaging machine producers and providers shall now also be called to participate annually in the German Packaging Award each year.
